    We know that compensation alone is not enough to keep the highly skilled, motivated and experienced workforce organizations need in order to excel.  According to the Gallup Management Group, improving employee engagement is important because engaged employees have 51% lower turnover, 27% less absenteeism and18% more productivity. 

    During this presentation, participants will learn about the five keys that are essential to creating an engaged workforce and will have the opportunity to discover interventions that will increase employee engagement in their organizations.
